The pieces of furniture and accessories that are not in stock are made individually for you. This offers you the great advantage of creating your own dream product. The delivery time in this case is about 10-18 weeks. Products which are in stock can be sent within 10-14 days.

Can there occur delays of the delivery
Yes, in rare cases there can occur delays. Since there is a guarantee for 5 years, our quality control is very strict. We make a great deal out of delivering you a perfect product and this can take a long time. If the reproduction is denied in the quality control we have to tell our suppliers to make a new copy. This is the reason for most delays, since the production time takes up to 5-7 weeks.

Our central warehouse is located in England, not far away from London. If you would like to pick up the furniture from the warehouse, then please contact our customer support. We will gladly arrange a date for you to personally pick up your furniture at our warehouse.

In both cases you must always contact the customer support. Generally you have 14 days return policy from the day you receive you product/products. If you do not like th product, then you can happily return it to us. If it is because you have received the wrong product, then we will of course make an exchange free of charge.

In general, when you receive the product, you should always check for transportaion damages before signing for the delivery. If you suspect that the product is damaged in any way then please immediately report to the carrier and note it on the receipt. We will deliver a new product as quick as possible.
