Steering Wheel Clock inspired by George Nelson

The Steering Wheel Clock is designed by George Nelson in 1948 and looks like a steering wheel. The clock is a part of a whole series of special wall and table clocks and in the 50's it was very popular to  interpret commen objects of the every day life into something new. The clock embodies the absolute feeling of the 50's and reflects the constand drive for progress and prosperity which makes it an indispensable classic. The Steering Wheel clock is supported by an aluminium housing, the frame and the hands are made out of metal.
