Ordering
1 week
After we have received your order and payment, your order will be checked, processed and sent immediately to our selected manufacturer.
Production
3-4 weeks
After examining the order in each factory, the production process begins. Our quality inspectors follow all steps to ensure that the product is made to your specifications and that they meet our strict quality requirements.
Shipping to the US
2-3 weeks
After the product is approved by our quality inspectors for shipping, we start loading in one of our shipping container. Subsequently, these containers will be transported by boat to the USA.
Final inspection
2 week
When the container with the product you have ordered will arrive in port, your product will be re-examined by our quality inspectors. Once approved it will immediately be processed and made ready for transport for our partner for delivery to your home.
Delivery
2 week
You can conveniently track the delivery directly from home. We will send you a tracking number via email when your product has been transferred from our warehouse to transportation service for delivery.
Delays due to quality assurance
To help you to always offer these products at competitive prices and impeccable quality, INFURN produces its furniture and accessories in several different factories. For quality assurance, therefore, all products are directly subjected to the production quality control. If a product does not meet the required quality standards, we reproduce the product own expense to replace the faulty article. In such a case, there may be delays of up to 8 weeks. If we have to produce your product again, we offer you the following:
First post production (delayed by up to 8 weeks)
If a product did not pass the quality controls and delivery is delayed because of us you will receive a credit equal to 10% of the according product value on your account.
Second post-production (renewed delay of up to 8 weeks)
If a product even after a second post-production still do not meet our quality standards, you will receive an additional credit of 10% of the according product value to your customer account.
