Arne Jacobsen’s world-famous Egg Chair celebrated its 50th anniversary in 2008. To mark the occasion, a limited edition anniversary model of the design classic was developed, of which only 999 were produced. INFURN supplies handcrafted reproductions of this special edition, manufactured using top quality materials. The back is made of chocolate-brown suede leather, paired with darker Italian leather on the front and a hand-polished pedestal of solid bronze. The egg was granted a completely new and exclusive touch. Initially developed for the Radisson SAS Royal hotel in Copenhagen, the egg armchair is considered an international icon. Its design is renowned throughout the world and can be found in exclusive locations, such as the National Art Center in Tokyo.
