What is a reproduction?

A reproduction is a full-scale replica of an existing product. We manufacture top quality reproductions of all well known furniture designers of the past decades. We make a great deal out of using high quality materials for the detailed reproduction of the furniture. Compared to the prices of the original products, you can save up to 87 %.

Why are the furnitures so cheap, compared to the original furnitures?

A much more interesting question is; why are the originals so expensive! One of the reasons why the originals are so expensive are because of the fact that the manufactures have to pay a license fee to the designers, so that they can sell it as an original. Furthermore the process from factory to consumer is extremely long. In general, after the production the products go to an importer, then to a middleman, then to a regional distributor and at the end of the process is goes to a retail store where is can be sold. Since every company would like to earn money in this long chain process, it is not surprising that the price of the goods have to be multiplied many times before it reaches the customer. For us it is different: All the INFURN furnitures are shipped directly from the manufacturer to the customer. All the middlemen have been cut away. The advantage is therefore that the price is cheap but the quality is still very high.

Can I receive the product faster?

Most products are unique  and custom made for youHowever, this service takes some time. In general, we can deliver the desired product within 10-18 weeks. If this is too long, then you can take a look in our category “products in stock”. Here you will find a large range of furnitures which are already made and ready to be shipped out to you. The general delivery time for these items are 10-14 days.

How long is the delivery if I order today?

The pieces of furniture and accessories that are not in stock are made individually for you. This offers you the great advantage of creating your own dream product. The delivery time in this case is about 10-14 weeks.

Could a delay occur?
Yes, in rare cases there can occur delays. Since there is a guarantee for 5 years, our quality control is very strict. We make a great deal out of delivering you a perfect product and this can take a long time. If the reproduction is denied in the quality control we have to tell our suppliers to make a new copy. This is the reason for most delays, since the production time takes up to 5-7 weeks.

How can I pay for the products?

In the INFURN online shop we offer you various ways of paying. You can pay safely through your credit card, bank transfer or direct debit (only DE/AT). Other regional payment methods are being planned and will be online the following week.

Can I order free material samples?

Of course! We would be happy to send you free material samples, so that you can see, that we use the best materials for our products. On the INFURN website in every product details you are able to order free material samples. Our tip: Is your friend also looking to buy a piece of furniture? Then enter his/her address too and we will also send him/her material samples and the current INFURN catalogue.

Are the pieces of furnitures and accessories different from the pictures in the shop?

We offer you furniture and accessories in top quality and you will save an enormous amount of money. To offer you these prices we often have to use different manufactures to get the best product. In special cases the product might differ minimally from the description and the picture in the online shop.

What happens if the wrong product is delivered or if I do not like the product?

In both cases you must always contact the customer support. Generally you have 14 days return policy from the day you receive you product/products. If you do not like th product, then you can happily return it to us. If it is because you have received the wrong product, then we will of course make an exchange free of charge.

My piece of furniture was damaged during the transport. What now?

In general, when you receive the product, you should always check for transportaion damages before signing for the delivery. If you suspect that the product is damaged in any way then please immediately report to the carrier and note it on the receipt. We will deliver a new product as quick as possible.

Can I see the INFURN products somewhere?

Unfortunately you will have to wait a little longer. We are planning to open a showroom in London and we will invite you to our opening ceremony. We will inform you when the time comes.
